CustomsTariffs.com collects the information you submit through its contact and report-request forms so we can review and respond to your request.

Information collected

This may include your name, email address, message, product and shipment details, and a one-way abbreviated network fingerprint used for basic abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP address in form submissions.

Use and retention

We use submissions only to respond, evaluate service demand, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Access is restricted. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of a submission, email david@fenova.co. Do not submit sensitive personal, payment, or authentication information.

Analytics: the application does not intentionally set first-party analytics cookies. Infrastructure providers may process standard server logs for security and delivery.
